Purpose
This section explains how to navigate, manage, and organize chats and recent analyses in SmartResearch using the Recents and Chats features.
Actions
1. Expand or Collapse the Sidebar:
Click the Collapse Sidebar icon at the top of the sidebar to hide or show the navigation panel.

2. Start a New Chat
Click New Chat in the sidebar to begin a fresh conversation.
Use this to ask new questions without reference to prior chat context.

3. View Previous Chats
Click Chats in the sidebar.
The chat history panel will display all previous conversations.
Select any chat to view its messages on the main screen.

4. View Recent Chats
In the Recents section, located below Chats, view a list of your most recent chats or analyses.
Click any recent item to reopen that conversation or analysis.
Locate the chat you wish to manage under the Chats or Recents section.
Click the More actions ellipsis (three-dot) icon next to the chat name.
Select Rename to change the chat name, or Delete to permanently remove the chat.
