Navigating to SmartResearch

Purpose

This section describes how to access the SmartResearch module within the Auditoria platform. Navigating to SmartResearch is the first step required to begin research tasks, review analytics, or configure SmartResearch instances.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Auditoria platform.
  2. Locate the main navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select the Insights icon (information symbol).
  4. In the expanded menu, select SmartResearch.
    • Tip: Ensure you select SmartResearch (not Metrics Studio) to access research and analytics features.
  5. The SmartResearch home page loads, displaying available research, queries, and analysis options.

Note 1: Access to SmartResearch is permission-based. If the option is not visible, contact your Auditoria administrator.

Note 2: The screen may display different default content depending on your user role and previously configured SmartFlow instances.
