Navigating to Bills Page

The Bills page in AP Helpdesk (SmartVendor) is the central location for managing all bill records. This page provides a comprehensive, real-time list of all synced invoices, serving as the operational hub for invoice review, approval, payment tracking, and access to related AP documents.


How to Access the Bills Page

To access the Bills page:

  1. In the left sidebar, select AP Helpdesk (SmartVendor).

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Bills.

  3. The page title will display 'Bills,' and the bills list will load immediately, showing all synced bill records by default (with no filters applied).
