Navigating to SmartFlow Skills Management

Overview

SmartFlow Skills Management enables you to view, create, and manage automation workflows (SmartFlows) that drive AP Helpdesk processes, including invoice submission and supplier communications.

How to Access SmartFlow Skills Management

  1. Log in to the Auditoria console:
    Go to http://app.auditoria.ai and sign in with your authorized credentials.

  2. Navigate to SmartFlow Management:
    In the left-hand side menu, select SmartFlow Management.

  3. Open the SmartVendor tab:
    Click on the SmartVendor tab. A dialog box will open, displaying a table of running SmartFlow instances.
