Email Audit Logs

Overview

The Email tab of the Audit Logs page displays a detailed record of email activity scoped to a single SmartFlow. Each entry captures the timestamp, the action or event, the user involved, recipient addresses, the mailbox, the associated vendor, the subject line, and the email type.

Email audit logs cover messages sent by the AI agent, emails submitted by users, replies to existing threads, and related email events — giving a complete trail of how each SmartFlow mailbox is communicating with internal and external contacts.

  1. Open the Audit Logs page (see the Navigating to Audit Logs article).
  2. Click the Email tab.
  3. In the SmartFlow selector at the top of the page, choose the SmartFlow whose email activity you want to review. The list is grouped by SmartFlow type ([SmartVendor], [SmartCustomer]) and shows the linked mailbox for each entry.
  4. After you select a SmartFlow, the Email Audit Logs table loads with the total record count shown in parentheses next to the heading (for example, Email Audit Logs (101)).
  5. Entries are sorted by Date / Time (IST) with the most recent event at the top.
  6. Use the toolbar to filter, search, customize columns, or export the results (see the Toolbar Actions article).
  7. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to browse additional entries.
