System Audit Logs

Overview

The System tab of the Audit Logs page displays a chronological record of tenant-level events performed by users and the Auditoria system. Each entry captures the timestamp, the user or system actor that performed the action, the action type, and a summary of the event context.

System audit logs cover a broad range of activities, including user session events, source and mailbox configuration changes, SmartFlow lifecycle events, record synchronization, write-back operations, and administrative data changes.


View System Audit Logs

  1. Open the Audit Logs page (see the Navigating to Audit Logs article).
  2. Click the System tab if it is not already active. The System Audit Logs table displays.
  3. By default, entries from the last 30 days are shown, sorted by Timestamp (IST) with the most recent event at the top.
  4. Use the toolbar at the top of the table to narrow results by time range, action type, or keyword (see the Toolbar Actions article).
  5. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to browse additional entries.

ColumnDescription
Timestamp (IST)Date and time the event occurred, displayed in Indian Standard Time. Sortable.
UserUser account or system actor that performed the action (for example, a user email address or AAI System for automated system events).
ActionType of event performed (for example, Logged In, Record Synchronize, SmartFlow Started).
SummaryAdditional context for the event, such as the affected source, record type, entity, or timestamp of the underlying operation. Shows a dash (-) when no additional context applies.

Common system event types

The Action column captures a wide range of event types. Examples include:

Note: The full list of available event types is accessible from the Action filter in the toolbar. Event types may expand over time as new platform capabilities are added.
