The Tenant Management page is your primary workspace for locating tenants and managing your active session.
- Tenants list: Displays every tenant your account can access. A count appears next to Tenants at the top of the page.
- Tenants menu (quick switcher): From the header, select the current tenant name next to your profile to open the quick switcher. It lets you search and switch tenants without leaving your current page.
- Search: Type a Company Name or Tenant ID to filter results as you type.
- Switch: Select “Change to this tenant” to switch your active session.

Search for tenants
- In Search for tenants, type all or part of a Company Name or Tenant ID. Results update as you type.
- To clear the search, delete the text in the search box.
Tip: When managing multiple environments, copy the Tenant ID to your notes before switching.
Sort tenants
- On the Tenant Management page, select the Company Name/Tenant ID column header to sort by name.
- Select the header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Switch tenants
Method A: From Tenant Management
- Locate the tenant in the list (use Search for tenants if needed). (see Figure 2)
- In the Action column, select Change to this tenant.
- Verify that the Action column for that tenant now shows Currently Selected.
Method B: From the header quick switcher
- In the header, select the current tenant name next to your profile to open the Tenants menu.
- Optionally, use the menu’s search box to find the tenant.
- In the Action column, select Change to this tenant.
- Confirm that the menu shows Currently Selected and that the application context switches to the selected tenant.
Important: Switching tenants changes the data and configuration context for your entire session. Verify the correct tenant before making changes.
