Understanding the Tenant Management Page

The Tenant Management page is your primary workspace for locating tenants and managing your active session.

  • Tenants list: Displays every tenant your account can access. A count appears next to Tenants at the top of the page.
  • Tenants menu (quick switcher): From the header, select the current tenant name next to your profile to open the quick switcher. It lets you search and switch tenants without leaving your current page.
  • Search: Type a Company Name or Tenant ID to filter results as you type.
  • Switch: Select “Change to this tenant” to switch your active session.

  3. Verify that the Action column for that tenant now shows Currently Selected.

Method B: From the header quick switcher

  1. In the header, select the current tenant name next to your profile to open the Tenants menu.
  2. Optionally, use the menu’s search box to find the tenant.
  3. In the Action column, select Change to this tenant.
  4. Confirm that the menu shows Currently Selected and that the application context switches to the selected tenant.

Important: Switching tenants changes the data and configuration context for your entire session. Verify the correct tenant before making changes.
