Purpose
Use Task Distribution and Viewing Open Tasks to understand how tasks assigned to a team are automatically distributed among team members and how to drill into each user’s open work. This helps administrators and team leads monitor workload, identify bottlenecks, and confirm that tasks are being routed as expected.
This article explains how task distribution works for teams and how to use the Open Tasks column and its drill‑down views.
Note: Access to Task Distribution and Open Tasks depends on your Team Management permissions. Only users with administrative access to Team Management (such as SuperAdmin) can open Team Management and manage teams. Other users may be able to view Task Distribution and Open Tasks but cannot change teams or team membership from this page.

Task Distribution and Viewing Open Tasks
When a task is assigned to a team, Auditoria distributes tasks evenly among active team members in a round robin fashion.
After you add team members, you can see the number of open tasks assigned to each member in the Open Tasks column.
