Overview
Use the Delete action in the User Management page to permanently remove a user’s access to your Auditoria tenant.
How to Delete a User
Navigate to Admin (gear icon) > User Management from the left sidebar.
In the User List, locate the user you want to remove.
In the rightmost column of that user’s row, click the Delete (trash bin) icon.
A confirmation prompt appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
Review the user’s name and email, then click Confirm (or equivalent) to proceed.
Once confirmed:
The user is removed from the User List.
Their access to the Auditoria platform is revoked immediately.
Caution: Deletion is permanent. Ensure the user no longer needs access and that any ownership or responsibilities (for example, mailbox workflows or approvals) have been reassigned before deleting the account.
