Composite SOR Settings

Overview

Use the Composite SOR Settings form to combine records from two or more connected systems into a single Composite Source of Record (SOR). A Composite SOR lets SmartFlow Skills source business record data across multiple systems without customization. Composite SOR is available under the ERP connection type on the System Settings page.

Before You Begin

  • Connect at least two ERP or AP systems to your Auditoria tenant. These appear as selectable options in Contributing Connected Systems.
  • Decide which connected system will serve as the source for each business record type.
  • Determine whether invoices processed in Auditoria must be written back to a connected System of Record.

Configure Composite SOR Settings

  1. On the Add New Connection view, click the ERP icon, then click Composite SOR. The Composite SOR Settings form opens.
  2. Complete the fields described in Table 1.
  3. Turn on Enforce Controlled Record Access (Optional - Only for Workday).
