Overview
Use the Oracle NetSuite Settings form to connect Auditoria to your NetSuite account. This connection lets Auditoria read and write business record data required for SmartFlow Skills. Oracle NetSuite is available under the ERP connection type on the System Settings page.
Before You Begin
Gather the following from your NetSuite administrator:
- NetSuite Account ID
- Token-Based Authentication (TBA) credentials: Token ID, Token Secret, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret
- REST protocol and path configuration for your NetSuite environment
- Tax configuration preference (Tax Codes or other supported option)
- Subsidiary IDs to sync, or confirmation that no subsidiary filtering is required
Configure Oracle NetSuite Settings
- On the Add New Connection view, click the ERP icon, then click Oracle NetSuite. The ERP Settings form opens.
- Complete the fields described in Table 1.
- (Optional) Turn on Enforce Controlled Record Access to restrict access to this ERP source.
- Click Save.

| Consumer Secret | TBA consumer secret for the integration record. |
| Rest protocol | Protocol used for REST API calls. Default is https. |
| Tax Options | Tax configuration to apply. Default is Tax Codes. [VERIFY: full list of available tax options.] |
| Rest path | REST API path for the NetSuite environment. |
| New Vendor Subsidiary | Subsidiary to assign to vendors created through Auditoria. |
| Subsidiaries to sync | Comma-separated list of subsidiary IDs to sync. Enter - for no filtering. |
Enforce Controlled Record Access
Enforce Controlled Record Access aligns record visibility in Auditoria with the records the corresponding user can access in NetSuite.
Enable Controlled Record Access
- Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it on.
- In the Enable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be restricted when controlled record access is enabled.
- Click Continue to confirm.
- Click Save to apply the setting.

Disable Controlled Record Access
- Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it off.
- In the Disable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be unrestricted when controlled record access is not enabled.
- Click Continue to confirm.
- Click Save to apply the setting.

Important: Controlled record access cannot be enabled after the ERP connection is configured with SmartFlow Skills.
