Overview
Use the Workday Settings form to connect Auditoria to your Workday Financials tenant. This connection lets Auditoria read and write business record data required for SmartFlow Skills. Workday is available under the ERP connection type on the System Settings page.
Before You Begin
Gather the following from your Workday administrator:
- Workday Tenant ID and Host Name
- Integration System User (ISU) User ID and User Password for Auditoria
- OAuth credentials: Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token
- (Optional) Account Posting Rule Set and Account Set ID if your tenant uses spend category rules
- List of entities (companies) to sync

Configure Workday Settings
- On the Add New Connection view, click the ERP icon, then click Workday. The ERP Settings form opens.
- Complete the fields described in Table 1.
- Under Entities to sync, complete the connection settings first, then select the entities to sync.
- (Optional) Turn on Enforce Controlled Record Access.
- Click Save.

| Tenant ID | Workday Tenant ID. |
| User ID | ISU user ID used to authenticate the connection. |
| User Password | Password for the ISU. |
| Host Name | Workday host name for the tenant. |
| Client ID | OAuth Client ID registered for Auditoria in Workday. |
| Client Secret | OAuth Client Secret paired with the Client ID. |
| Refresh Token | OAuth refresh token for the integration. |
| Account Posting Rule Set | Workday Account Posting Rule Set. Enter - for no Spend Category. |
| Account Set ID | Workday Account Set ID. Enter - for no Account Set. |
| Entities to sync | List of Workday companies (entities) to sync. Entities are fetched after the connection settings are completed. |
Enforce Controlled Record Access
Record Access Control aligns Auditoria record visibility with Workday record access for the same user. When the toggle is on, users can only view and handle tasks for records they can access in Workday.
Enable Controlled Record Access
- Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it on.
- In the Enable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be restricted when controlled record access is enabled.
- Click Continue to confirm.
- Click Save to apply the setting.

Disable Controlled Record Access
- Click the Enforce Controlled Record Access toggle to turn it off.
- In the Disable Controlled Record Access confirmation dialog, review the message: Access to this ERP source will be unrestricted when controlled record access is not enabled.
- Click Continue to confirm.
- Click Save to apply the setting.

Important: Controlled record access cannot be enabled after the ERP connection is configured with SmartFlow Skills.
