Overview
Use the Sage Intacct ERP Settings form to connect Auditoria to your Sage Intacct tenant. This connection lets Auditoria read and write business record data required for SmartFlow Skills. Sage Intacct is available under the ERP connection type on the System Settings page.
Before You Begin
Gather the following information from your Sage Intacct administrator:
- Sage Intacct Company ID
- Sage Intacct web services User ID and User Password
- List of Entity IDs to sync, or confirmation that the company uses a single-entity setup
- Invoice PDF source preference: Order Entry (OE) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
Note: Controlled record access cannot be enabled after the ERP connection is configured with SmartFlow Skills. If your organization requires record-level access enforcement, enable it during initial setup.
