Overview
Use the Add New Connection view on the System Settings page to connect Auditoria to the external systems it integrates with. Each connection type opens a configuration form specific to that system. ERP and Mailbox connections are mandatory; AP System and Alert Email Addresses are optional.
Connection Types
The Add New Connection view displays four connection categories. Click a category icon to open the configuration form for that connection type.

| Mailbox | Connects Auditoria to an email mailbox for use with SmartFlow Skills. Required. | Gmail, Office 365 |
| Alert Email Addresses | Designates one or more email addresses to receive system alerts from Auditoria. | Any email address |
Important: ERP and Mailbox connections are mandatory. SmartFlow Skills cannot process business records without them.

Configure a Connection
- On the Add New Connection view, click the icon for the connection type you want to configure.
- Select the specific system (for example, Sage Intacct under ERP).
- Complete the fields on the settings page that opens.
- Click Save.
