Overview
Use the Connected Systems view on the System Settings page to review, update, sync, or delete systems already connected to your Auditoria tenant. This view lists every configured connection in your tenant, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, accounts payable (AP) systems, mailboxes, and Composite SOR instances.
Understanding Connection Cards
Each connected system appears as a card with the system logo, connection name, connection details, and action controls. Composite SOR cards additionally list the contributing connected systems below the main connection details.

Sync a Connection
Auditoria keeps connected systems in sync in two ways:
- Automated sync: Auditoria automatically syncs each connection every 4 hours.
- Manual sync: You can trigger a sync on demand for a specific connection from the Connected Systems view.
Trigger a manual sync
- On the Connected Systems view, locate the connection card you want to sync.
- Click the sync (refresh) icon on the card. The tooltip Initiate Sync Now appears on hover.
- The sync status bar at the bottom of the card changes to Sync in Progress (purple).
- When the sync finishes, the status bar changes to Sync Completed (green), and the Last Sync field updates with the current date and time.

Note: If a connection repeatedly shows Sync Interrupted, verify that the credentials and host details on the connection are correct and that the source system is reachable. Use Update on the connection card to review or modify the configuration.
Delete a Connection
- On the Connected Systems view, locate the connection card you want to delete.
- Click the delete (trash) icon on the card.
- In the confirmation dialog, review the message: This will delete all the data, records, and transactions which were read from this ERP. Are you sure you want to proceed?
- Click Delete to confirm, or click Cancel to keep the connection.
