Role Switching

If your Auditoria.AI account is assigned to more than one role, you can switch roles directly from the User Profile menu. This lets you change the permissions and interface options available to you without logging out.

How to Switch Roles

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Auditoria.AI interface, click your profile initials icon to open the User Profile menu.

  2. Under Role, look for the role selection dropdown.

  3. Click the dropdown to view all roles assigned to your account (for example, User, SuperAdmin).

  4. Select the role you want to use.

  5. The interface and available options update to reflect the permissions of the newly selected role.

Note: The role‑switching dropdown is only visible if your account has been assigned multiple roles. If you do not see the dropdown, contact your Auditoria.AI administrator to review your role assignments.
