Viewing Tenant and Account Details

Overview

Use the Tenant Directory to view your available Auditoria.AI tenants and identify which tenant is currently active for your session. This page lists all tenants you have access to, along with their names and unique Tenant IDs.

Identify Your Active Tenant

  1. In the upper‑right corner of the Auditoria.AI interface, locate your tenant name.

  2. Click the tenant name to open the Tenant Directory.

  3. Review the tenant information table, which shows:

    • Company Name – The name of each tenant or company you can access.

    • Tenant ID – The unique identifier for each tenant.

    • Action (Currently Selected) – Indicates which tenant is active and provides options to change tenants.
