AP/AR Helpdesk, AP Invoices: Larger PDF Preview with Maximize Option
The in-app PDF viewer has been updated across AP/AR Helpdesk and AP Invoices. The preview pane opens larger by default and now includes a Maximize control, allowing users to expand the viewer to the available browser viewport and restore it when needed. This reduces zooming and scrolling during document review without leaving the current page.
What's New
- Larger Default PDF Preview: Increased viewing area wherever the built-in PDF preview is used.
- Maximize/Restore Control: Toggle between standard and maximized preview within the current browser window.
- Consistent Behavior Across Modules: Available in AP/AR Helpdesk and AP Invoices wherever PDFs are previewed.
Enhanced Visibility & Control
- Improved Readability: More content visible per page, reducing manual zoom and scroll.
- Non-Disruptive Review: Expand and collapse the preview without closing the attachment or changing context.
Note:
- This change applies only to PDFs rendered in the built-in previewer. Other file types are unaffected.
- Maximize uses the current browser window size and does not change download or print behavior.
