AP Invoices: Emails were stalled and documents were not appearing under the documents tab.
Symptoms: AP invoice emails were not sent and documents were missing from the 'Documents' tab.
Impact: Users cannot see the documents in the active tab and hence cannot trigger write to SOR.
Workaround: Currently, there is no automated recovery available. Impacted emails and documents must be reprocessed manually by users.
