AP Invoices: First Line Item Not Extracted
Symptoms: The first line item on certain invoices was not extracted by the automated processing system.
Impact: This resulted in the first line item being absent from the extracted invoice data, which could lead to incomplete invoice records.
Workaround: Users were required to manually enter the first line item into the description section as a temporary solution.
