AP Helpdesk: Attachments Blocked in Auditoria Email Console.
Symptoms: Some email attachments are currently marked as “Blocked” in the Auditoria Email Console. These are typically files that our system identifies as potentially unsafe due to encryption, abnormal data patterns, or suspected harmful content.
Impact: Users are unable to view, forward, or download blocked attachments through the Auditoria interface. As a result, customers may be unable to process invoices or access required supporting documents within the Auditoria workflow. This may lead to delays or the need to rely on other tools to obtain critical attachments.
Workaround: There is currently no workaround within the Auditoria Console for accessing blocked attachments. Users can instead access and download these attachments directly from their email provider’s web interface (such as Outlook or Gmail).
