AR Helpdesk: Issues with Task History, Reply Draft, and Popup for a Task.

Symptoms

  • When a user attempts to mark a task as "Done", an error pop-up may appear.
  • The popup message "Task email was removed from Inbox >> To SEND reply as a new email message, click CONTINUE." is displayed inconsistently.
  • After sending a reply, the draft remains visible in the task.
  • Task History is not accurately updated to reflect user actions, such as assigning or completing tasks.
  • The task may continue to appear as "Open" even after the draft is sent.

Impact: Users may be confused about the current status of tasks and replies, which can result in duplicate responses, missed updates, or incomplete task closure.

Workaround: Currently, there is no defined workaround available. Users are advised to manually verify replies, clear any remaining draft messages, and review task history to ensure their actions are recorded accurately.

 

AP Invoices: Manually Assigned Vendor Not Tracked in "Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits".  

Symptoms: Manually assigning a vendor is not getting tracked or recorded in the "Top 10 Fields with the Most Edits" report.

Impact: User cannot determine from the edit report whether a vendor has been assigned manually or automatically.

Workaround: User can review the 'Documents written to SoR' report in the columns 'Vendor Name' and 'Auditoria Assigned Vendor' to determine vendor assignment details.

 

AP Invoices: Unable to Create Document from Task. 

Symptoms :

  • When a user attempts to create a document from a task, the process fails and the document is not created.
  • The system may briefly glitch or appear unresponsive.
  • No error message is displayed to the user.
  • The new document does not appear in the application’s document list or details page.
  • Users are unable to complete their workflow involving document creation.

Impact: Users are unable to create or view certain documents, which disrupts standard workflow and may prevent timely processing of required tasks. Users are blocked from completing related actions.

Workaround: Currently, there is no workaround available. Users must wait until the issue is resolved before they can create documents from affected tasks. Further updates will be communicated as they become available.
