Workday Integration: Reports for customer and invoice incremental syncs [6538]
During the Workday integration set up process, the following Auditoria reports obtain customer contacts and determine which customers and invoices need to be incrementally synced.
- Report 1 - Customer Contacts
- Report 2 - Incremental Customer Data Updates
- Report 3 - Incremental Customer Invoice Updates

Auditoria features renamed in user interface [6744]
The Auditoria user interface has been updated to reflect the following name changes:
- Collections to SmartCollections
- Autonomous Collector to SmartCollections
- Autonomous Vendor Management to SmartVendor
SmartCollections: Customer invoice PDF size limit increased [6777]
In SmartCollections, the maximum size of an invoice PDF file that can be uploaded has been increased to 25MB.
SmartCollections: SmartBots invoice dispute enhancement [6987]
In SmartCollections, Auditoria SmartBots are enhanced to recognize a broader range of text responses in invoice disputes. For more information about the invoice dispute process, see Invoice Disputes.
Auditoria SmartFlows: SmartFlow Management Page updates [4831 +6749]
The Auditoria SmartFlow Management page has been updated with a new order to the SmartFlow Skill Groups and to more clearly display what Auditoria SmartFlows are currently running. Prior to this update, the Collections pop-up window could block out the status of the SmartFlows displayed in the same part of the screen.

SmartCollections: Dunning email date format updated [5799]
In SmartCollections, the dunning email notification date format has been updated to simplify the formatting issues from different countries. The new date format is as follows:
- 30 Sep 2022 (dd/mm/yyyy)

Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow: Large PDF invoice not correctly extracted. [6974]
Symptom: During the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow, the data from a large PDF customer invoice is not being extracted..
Impact: Customer cannot extract data from an invoice PDF.
Workaround: None.
