Workday Integration Phase 1 to enable the Collections SmartFlow has been completed and Auditoria now features a full range of Collections SmartFlow Skills while using the Workday ERP. For more information about the Collections SmartFlow in the Auditoria User Guide, see Collections.
Workday Integration: Payments and Incremental Customer Sync [6538]
Additional mapping for Workday Customer Payments has been completed and three new reports have been added as implementation options to address incremental syncs of customers and invoices. For questions about these reports, ask your Customer Success representative.
Workday Integration: Set Up Workday for the attachment of invoice PDFs [6594]
Before invoice PDFs can be attached in Workday, set up steps must be completed to enable the attachments. To set up Workday for the invoice PDF attachments, see Set Up to Enable the Attachment of Invoice PDFs in Workday.
Customer Explorer: Search feature updates [6595]
The Customer Explorer search feature has been updated to improve the search parameter sets and improve overall performance. Improvements include the ability to effectively search for "e*" when performing a search for "E*trade."
Collections SmartFlow: Data mapping enhancements [6541]
To enable the Collections SmartFlow for some customers, data mapping enhancements have been made. For more information on the set up tasks to enable the Collections SmartFlow, ask your Customer Service representative.
ERP Integrations: Records deleted in ERP also deleted in Auditoria [4718]
Enhancements have been made to ensure that any customer records deleted in an ERP are also deleted in the Auditoria platform. Records that may be deleted include customers, vendors, vendor bills, and invoices. Any record deleted in the ERP is also deleted in the Auditoria platform when synced.
Sage Intacct ERP: Auditoria support for multiple email addresses in customer record [4984]
Auditoria supports the Sage Intacct ERP feature of using multiple email addresses in the Customer Record fields. Auditoria enables the use of these multiple email addresses for sending dunning notices and receiving responses.
Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Data extraction enhancements [5026]
During the Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow, the W-9 Data Extraction process is now included to improve data extraction results during the Vendor Onboarding process.
ERP Integrations: Sync selected customer categories [6562]
Customers can now select the specific customer categories to sync when syncing the ERP to Auditoria's platform.
Oracle NetSuite Integration: AP Helpdesk SmartBot status update [6232]
The Oracle NetSuite ERP is updated by bill.com and the SmartBot message status has been updated to note that invoices paid within the last 24 hours may not be reflected in the status.
Auditoria Attachments: Invoice PDF attachment size limit increased [6275]
The size limit for Auditoria invoice PDF attachments has been increased to 25MB to accommodate customers with larger invoices.

Resolved: Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow: Count of invoices received increases for processed invoices. [6407]
Resolved: Collections SmartFlow: SmartBots mislabelling emails. [5362]

3. New Known Bugs
Collections SmartFlow: Cannot rename customer category to same name as deleted category. [6759]
Symptom: During the Collections SmartFlow, user is unable to rename a Customer Category based on the same name of a since deleted category.
Impact: Customer cannot use old category name again.
Workaround: None.
Autonomous Collector: Tenant cannot load Autonomous Collector page. [6641]
Symptom: An Auditoria tenant experiences page loading issues during the W-9 Data Refresh process when navigating to the Autonomous Collector page. Page will not load and loading wheel continues to spin.
Impact: Customer not able to view Autonomous Collector page.
Workaround: None.
