If using Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Auditoria you may need to configure your Auditoria mailbox for Okta SSO authentication. If you receive the Okta error message below, make sure you log out of Okta first, then complete the procedure below.
Prerequisites
- The Office 365 standard mailbox must be used by Auditoria behind Okta SSO.
- The mailbox should also be a group member of the AR shared mailbox.
- The Office 365 account must be a separate user in Auditoria.
- Complete this step after logging in to Auditoria using the Office 365 account.
- Log out after receiving the Okta error message below.
- Log in to Auditoria again using your O365 email.
- Go to Administration > System Settings.
- In the System Settings page, click Add New Connection.
- In the New Connection page, click Office 365.
- In the Email field, enter the O365 mailbox ID.
- Select the Use shared mailbox checkbox.
- Click Verify.
- In the Okta sign in window, enter your Okta credentials and click Sign In.
- In the Permissions Accepted window, click Accept.
- A confirmation message will verify your authorization.
