Workday ERP Integration  [3746] 

Auditoria now integrates with Workday ERP and you can run all Auditoria Collections SmartFlows using Workday. For instructions on how to connect your Workday ERP, see Connect your ERP.  For information on how to set up your Workday integration, see Workday ERP Settings.

 

Sage Intacct Integration: Support for multiple email addresses in Customer Record  [4984] 

Auditoria supports the use of multiple email addresses in the Customer Record email fields in Sage Intacct ERP. Auditoria's Collections Bots use the multiple email addresses for sending dunning notices and receiving responses.

 

Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow: Enhancements made to W-9 form processing and data extraction [5026] 

Enhancements made to the Vendor Invoice Data Extraction SmartFlow to improve W-9 form processing and data extraction by Auditoria Vendor Management Bots. Updates include use of Vision Helpdesk during vendor extraction.

 

ERP Integrations: Enhancements made to ERP syncing to improve performance  [4718] 

Enhancements made to Auditoria's ERP syncing process to improve performance and prevent records deleted in an ERP from appearing in Auditoria.

3. New Known Bugs 

Sage Integration: Vendor Bill deleted from Sage Intacct ERP still displayed [5134]

Symptom:  A Vendor Bill deleted in Sage Intacct ERP still can be viewed in the Auditoria Customer Explorer section.

Impact: Customer views a deleted Vendor Bill.

Workaround: None. 

 

Otto Integration: Auditoria Collection Bots not processing two emails with invoice attachments [5106]

Symptom: Two vendors for Otto with invoice attachments to their emails are not being processed by Auditoria Collection Bots.

Impact: Two vendor invoices not processed.

Workaround: None. 

 

Collections: No overflow icon to indicate that a maximum number of customized Customer Categories has been added. [5132]

Symptom:  When a customer creates customized Customer Categories, there is not icon to indicate when they are approaching the maximum number allowable.

Impact: Customer is not aware of limits on the number of Customer Categories that can be added.

Workaround: None. 

 

Collections SmartFlow: Deleted template in email templates reappears after switching from Key Account to Regular Account [5131]

Symptom:  A deleted email template reappears when switching from Key Account to Regular Account.

Impact: Customer views deleted email template if they switch Accounts.

Workaround: None. 

 

Collections SmartFlow: Autonomous Collector page Customer Explorer filters not applying [5101]

Symptom:  In the Collections SmartFlow, when you apply the Customer Explorer filters to the customer list, the correctly filtered results do not appear.

Impact: Customer cannot access filtered Customer Explorer results.

Workaround: None. 

 

AP Helpdesk SmartFlow: ERP and email address are not shown in the AP Helpdesk window when editing a SmartFlow [5093]

Symptom: When editing an AP Helpdesk SmartFlow, the ERP and email address are not appearing in the AP Helpdesk window. 

Impact: Customer cannot view the ERP and email address used.

Workaround: None. 

 

Data Management: Status not updated when user clicks Write to ERP [4962]

Symptom:  In the Active Data tab of the Data Management page, when the user clicks Write to ERP the status is not recorded in the Data Written to ERP tab.

Impact: Customer cannot view status of Write to ERP update.

Workaround: None. 

 

Invoice Accrual SmartFlow: Data Management page button Write to ERP is not active unless page reloaded [4960]

Symptom:  During the Invoice Accrual SmartFlow, the Data Management page button Write to ERP is inactive unless the page is reloaded.

Impact: Customer cannot Write to ERP unless the Data Management page is refreshed.

Workaround: None. 

 

Oracle NetSuite Integration: Customer invoice Internal ID displaying in Customer Explorer export sheet [4932]

Symptom:  The customer's Internal ID from an invoice is displayed in the Customer Explorer export sheet.

Impact: Customer data is included in the export sheet csv file.

Workaround: None. 

 

Otto Integration: Page navigation arrow for invoice PDF not active [5089]

Symptom:  The page navigation arrow for multi-page invoices is not active.

Impact: Customer cannot view additional pages for a multi-page invoice.

Workaround: None. 

 

Collections SmartFlow: ERP connection cannot be deleted if used to run the Bank Statement to GL Matching SmartFlow [5084]

Symptom:  After running the Bank Statement to GL Matching SmartFlow in an Otto environment, the ability to delete the ERP connection is compromised.

Impact: Customer cannot delete ERP.

Workaround: None.
