Symptom: When Sage Intacct is disconnected the ERP status displays as In Progress.
Impact: Connection status displayed is incorrect.

Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: SmartFlow status displays Run after SmartFlow is stopped [4822]
Symptom: During the Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow, after clicking the Stop button, the SmartFlow status displays as Running.
Impact: Incorrect SmartFlow status.
Workaround: None.
bill.com Integration: Organization ID for bill.com not appearing in Connected Systems page [4885]
Symptom: In the Connected Systems page, the bill.com card should display the Organization ID, but it does not appear.
Impact: Customer cannot determine the Organization ID used for bill.com.

Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow: Vendor Name in Auditoria differs from the NetSuite ERP vendor name [4882]
Symptom: The Auditoria Vendor Name displayed in vendor onboarding pages differs from the vendor name displayed in the Oracle NetSuite ERP.
Impact: Customer viewing the wrong vendor names.
Workaround: None.
Vendor W-9 Data Refresh SmartFlow: Search bar not conducting vendor search [4880]
Symptom: In the Vendor W-9 Data Refresh page, a search using the Vendor List search bar yields no results.
Impact: Customer cannot search for a vendor.
Workaround: None.
Vendor W-9 Data Refresh SmartFlow: SmartFlow bots not identifying W-9 address field for Hippo [4861]
Symptom: Vendor W-9 Data Refresh SmartFlow bots are not identifying a filled in address field for a Hippo-related W-9 form and instead sending replies for missing content.
Impact: Completed W-9 field not recorded.

Vendor Management SmartFlow: Vendor Management page displays Vendor Name rather than Contact Name [4858]
Symptom: In the Vendor Management page, the Vendor Details section displays the Contact Name rather than the Vendor Name.
Impact: Customer views Contact Name rather than Vendor Name.

Symptom: In the SmartFlow Skills page, the categories of SmartFlow Skills are not in the correct order.
Impact: Customer views incorrect order for SmartFlow Skill categories.

Oracle NetSuite Integration: When syncing Auditoria to the Oracle NetSuite ERP, a vendor who exists in NetSuite is not appearing in Auditoria. [4879]
Symptom: In the Vendor Management page, a vendor listed in NetSuite does not appear after syncing with Auditoria.
Impact: Customer cannot find a NetSuite vendor.
