SmartCustomer AR Collections, AR Helpdesk, AR Remittances: Customer ID is now available in the console

Customer ID is now a standard field in the Customers business object. The Customer ID will show in the list of customers and the customer detailed view. Users can search on the Customer ID in the customers list.

 

AP Invoices: Item ID available in PO Pop Up

For customers that use AP Invoices and a NetSuite connector, the Item ID will now be shown in the PO Line Item Matching pop up. This is to help in reviewing and adjusting PO line matches when needed.

AR Helpdesk: Payment Update Acknowledgment SmartBot Replies

SmartCustomer AR Helpdesk adds “Send Reply” SmartBot Action support and corresponding SmartBot Reply templates for the following AR business intents:

  • “Customer has confirmed a payment is made” (Confirmed Payment)
  • “Customer has notified a payment will be delayed” (Delayed Payment)
  • “Customer has promised to make a payment” (Promised Payment)
  • SmartBot Reply templates can be edited from SmartFlow Management.

When SmartBot Replies are sent, “ReplySent” email label is added and “Reply Sent” is included in SmartBot added notes.

  • “Customer has confirmed a payment is made” Email Templates:
    • “Payment Confirmation Acknowledged - Single Invoice”
    • “Payment Confirmation Acknowledged - Multiple Invoices”
    • “General Payment Confirmation Acknowledged”

AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk: Support for bulk Ad Hoc Review (via email multi-select/select-all) and Chronological Sort

SmartCustomer and SmartVendor consoles add support for bulk ad hoc review in Helpdesk Mailbox.

Users can select one or more emails/threads from Helpdesk Mailbox Inbox and set ad hoc review status [Read] or [Unread].

When ad hoc review status is set from Helpdesk Mailbox Inbox, per message ad hoc review banners are added or updated accordingly, reflecting which user set the latest status and when status was set.

When multiple records are selected and status updated, only ad hoc review eligible emails (without tasks) are marked as READ.

Additionally, user can sort email threads and messages chronologically in Helpdesk Mailbox, by [Newest First][Oldest First].

When filtered results are sorted chronologically, this sort preference is preserved when saved with My Filters.

Users can also sort email thread message order chronologically, by [Newest First][Oldest First].

Chronological sort preferences persist between Auditoria sessions.

 

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Support for Email Print-to-PDF, and Direct Task Upload for AP Helpdesk Invoice Submissions

SmartCustomer and SmartVendor consoles add support for email message Print-to-PDF, available wherever emails are surfaced.

SmartVendor AP Helpdesk (with Collaborative Mode enabled) supports a secondary option, “Print to PDF + Add Invoice”, for Invoice Submission emails when accessed from Task Details. When invoked, the PDF email message is directly added to the Task as an invoice file instead of downloaded. This supports invoice submission use cases wherein the email message itself is the submitted invoice.

 

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Icon change for export of metrics/reports

The export icon for dashboard metrics has been updated. There is no change in functionality.

 

Platform and Connectors: "Generic Connector" is now "Universal Connector"

The Generic Connector has been renamed to Universal Connector. There’s no change in functionality.
