This article describes how Workday Financial Management customers who purchased Auditoria.AI SmartBots through a Workday subscription can enable their Auditoria instances.
Before you begin
You must meet the following requirements before you can enable your Auditoria subscription:
You are a Workday Financial Management customer.
You have licensed Auditoria.AI SmartBots via your Workday subscription.

You either:
Subscribe to the Workday Innovation Services Addendum (ISA), or
Have signed the Workday uMSA.
If you have already signed the uMSA, the Auditoria.AI Smartbots for Workday + TG feature might already be enabled in your Workday tenant.
If you do not yet have the Innovation Services Addendum:
Contact your Workday Customer Success Manager (CSM) and request the Innovation Services Addendum (ISA), or
Review Workday Innovation Services in Workday Community for more information.
How enabling works
To activate your Auditoria subscription and begin provisioning your Auditoria tenants, you must opt in to the Auditoria.AI Smartbots for Workday + TG feature in your Workday tenant.
Opting in triggers the provisioning process for your Auditoria instances. After Workday completes additional validation, Workday sends a welcome email to your designated Workday Named Support Contact (Administrator).
Enable Auditoria in your Workday tenant
Sign in to your Workday tenant with an account that can manage Innovation Services.
Open the Innovation Services Opt In task.
Go to the Available Services tab.

In the Financials category, locate and select Auditoria.AI Smartbots for Workday + TG.
Complete the opt-in process as prompted in Workday.
After you enable the service

Once the Auditoria.AI Smartbots for Workday + TG feature is enabled:
Your Auditoria subscription is activated.
Workday performs additional validation.
A welcome email is sent to your Workday Named Support Contact (Administrator) with next steps for accessing your Auditoria tenants.
