1. New and Updated Features

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Spellcheck for Helpdesk Console Text Input Fields

Spellcheck enabled for SmartVendor AP Helpdesk and SmartCustomer AR Helpdesk console text input fields.

Text-input dependent use cases benefitting from spellcheck include:

  • Drafting new emails from HD Mailbox
  • Drafting replies from HD Mailbox
  • Drafting new emails from Task Details page
  • Drafting replies from Task Details page
  • Adding notes to business records (e.g., Invoices, Bills, Vendors, Customers)

Spellcheck leverages browser-native spellcheck functionality found in latest versions of most common browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Brave).

Detected misspelled words are typically marked via red underlining to indicate misspelling (may vary by browser type).

Right clicking on marked words exposes a menu by which correct spelling suggestions can be reviewed and selected or words can be added to spellcheck dictionary.

AR Collections: Advanced support for Consolidated invoices (with Workday Financial Management)

Customers using AR Collections with Workday can now opt in to dunning for consolidated invoices. When this feature is turned on, dunning is triggered for consolidate invoices on the consolidated invoice due date and not on individual due dates. The data tables including in the dunning emails consider consolidated invoice data. Customers could have a mix of consolidated and non consolidated invoices. The non consolidated invoices would have no change to existing AR Collections functionality.

 

Platform: Updates to the icons used in the UI

The icons used in Auditoria’s product console have been updated. There is no change to the functionality.
