1. New and Updated Features
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Internal Contact Relaxed Matching
AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk support allow-listing of non-public email domains as internal contact relaxed matching domains, after which all emails from said domains are processed as if each sender is a configured internal contact.
Enabled via SmartFlow Skill Management Settings page, with Collaborative Mode enabled, internal contact relaxed matching ensures all emails sent from employee email addresses qualify for end-to-end SmartBot processing. Especially helpful when configuring each employee email addresses as an internal contact is prohibitive during SmartFlow Skill deployment.
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Dashboard CSV Report Adjustments for Collaborative Mode
With Collaborative Mode enabled for AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk, users can download “SmartBot Processing Outcomes” report CSV from the Helpdesk console dashboard. With this update, metrics from “SmartBot Activity” and “SmartBot Processing Outcomes” reports are consolidated into a single report and augmented to better align with Collaborative Mode processing outcomes and updated capabilities and features of Helpdesk.
AR Collections with Workday Financial Management: Support for Customer record hierarchies (Parent/Child)
We now support parent child relationships for the Customer business object. This is supported for Workday Customers that use AR Collections. Super Admins can choose from two options when setting up the SmartFlowSkill:
Two options:
- parent and child records are considered separate for the purpose of dunning (this is how the product works today, without knowledge of hierarchies. This will continue to be default behavior)
- all child records’s invoices are considered to belong to the parent, for dunning purposes
We only support one level of hierarchy meaning a parent can have children however those children cannot have their own children (i.e. multiple levels in the customer hierarchy). If the customer has a set up such that there is a multi level hierarchy, the option to consolidate to the parent is not available. The option to treat each customer as its own hierarchy (parent and child records are considered separate for the purpose of dunning) can be used.
AR Remittances: Support for writing to second destination
AR Remittances supports writing csv files to a secondary location. The second destination is a generic ERP connector SFTP location. To use this feature, a generic ERP connection must be set up and specify “Destination SFTP folder” and then can be configured in the AR Remittances SmartFlowSkill wizard. To use this feature contact support@auditoria.ai or your customer success manager.
