AP Helpdesk: Support for inserting Payment Object Extended Fields into Payment Status Request SmartBot Reply Templates

Support for adding Payment Object Extend Field variables to SmartVendor AP Helpdesk reply templates is introduced. This new variable type can be added to reply templates by clicking “Edit”, selecting Variable Type “Vendor Bill Payment Extend Field” and following established procedure for adding variables.

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdeks: Mailbox Visual Indicators (tasks status, task assignment, review status, sender type)

New visual indicators added to Helpdesk Mailbox to support at-a-glance awareness of email task, task assignment, and other relevant details to ease navigation and review of inbox emails.

HD Mailbox adds per message/thread visual indicators for:

• Sender Type (replaces label)

  • [INTERNAL]

  • [INTERNAL COHORT]
  • [EXTERNAL COHORT]
  • [UNKNOWN]
• Task Status
  • [NEW]

  • [UNREAD] // White background w/ bold text
  • [READ] // grey background w/ unbolded text

Each visual indicator supports hover modal with corresponding value spelled out. Task status and Task assignment includes date/time stamp for latest status/assignment event.

When thread includes multiple emails with tasks:

• When any task is new, show task status NEW and assignment as UNASSIGNED.
• When no task is new and any task is OPEN and assigned, show task status OPEN and assignment ASSIGNED.
• When no task is new and multiple tasks are OPEN and any is unassigned, show task status OPEN and assignment UNASSIGNED.
• When no task is new and multiple tasks are OPEN and multiple are unassigned, show task status OPEN and assignment UNASSIGNED for latest assignment event.

AR Remittances: Support for multiple file types

AR Remittances will process the following file types: PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV. PDF files can have up to 150 pages. XLS and XLSX files can have only one tab, up to 60 columns and 500 rows. 

PDF Password protected files will be classified as Other. The user can click on the file, enter the password, and manually extract the data. 

XLS, XLSX, CSV Password protected files are not supported.

Resolved: AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Collaborative Mode: 'SmartBot processing outcome' report may take a long time to download. [17356]

Resolved: AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: In Console Email: Forwarding emails from the console displays an Error, then the email is forwarded. [17386]
