SmartCustomer AR Remittances introduction in Limited Availability
AR Remittances Smartbots are now available for advanced AR automation. AR Remittances Smartbots monitor email traffic in the mailboxes they are connected to, detect attached remittance files, process them, and create Payment records with attached remittance line items in the System of Record they are connected to. SmartCustomer Skills: Granular enrollment for Customer records
Customer records can now be granularly enrolled in one, two, or three of the AR SmartFlow Skills available (AR Collections, AR Helpdesk, AR Remittances).
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Email UI for Accessing Uncommon Attachments
Helpdesk Console email UI supports mechanism for viewing all email attachments synced from connected mailboxes, including files with uncommon extensions which were previously hidden.
The following files most common to business communication are surfaced as “Attachments” and available for download:

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Collaborative Mode: 'SmartBot processing outcome' report may take a long time to download [17356]
Symptoms : ‘Smartbot processing outcome’ report download could take some seconds (30-40 sec)
Impact : User would need to wait a little longer for report downloading
Workaround : No workaround
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: In Console Email: Forwarding emails from the console displays an Error, then the email is forwarded [17386]
Symptoms : Error occurs sometimes on forwarding and replying to emails from Auditoria console.
Impact : Send button will keep spinning and email couldn’t get sent out. Sometime emails will get sent out with error message.
