New and Updated Features

Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills:  Handle the invoices to be sent by the bot [2606]

  • Customers enrolled in the Autonomous Collections SmartFlow can email the bot (either reply to a notification received or send a new email) to request a copy of an invoice. The bot will send the copy in the reply, as a PDF attachment.
  • When the invoice is sent, a new label is displayed on the email thread (“Invoice copy sent”) and a note is added to the invoice notes (visible in Account Explorer): “Sent copy of invoice <number> to <email>”.

Support for Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP) Credentials [3560]

  • Users can now log in using Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP) credentials.

  • Resolved: The hand over to human (H2H) state is not getting triggered for the Procure to Pay SmartFlow skills. [3507]

New Known Bugs

Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Priority Cards (invoice, scheduled payment) and label (invoice) are missing. [3665]

Symptom: If a customer sends an email that has multiple intents in it, the email will not be labeled for “invoice copy request”.

Impact: A multi-intent email will not be labeled as an invoice copy request.

Workaround: Refer to the Autonomous Collections Notes section.

Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Duplicate notes are seen for a customer email. [3664]

Symptom: This issue happens in the Autonomous Collector page Notes panel. There is a slight possibility of duplicate Notes entries (for example, duplicate notes for an invoice or PO copy request from customers).

Impact: Users may see duplicate Notes entries for a single event.

Workaround: Ignore the duplicate Notes entries.

Forwarded messages are not understood by the bot. This is a known limitation. [3060]

Symptom: This issue happens when the intent is not detected for forwarded emails containing relevant messages from customers.

Impact: The bot may not be able to process the intent of the email message.

Workaround: None.
