Console Task Tab for AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk, when Collaborative Mode is enabled, supports CSV export of all data for Tasks.
Tasks CSV export columns include:

- Sender Name
- Status
- Sender Type
- Match Type
- Subject

- Detected Intents

- CSV data can be used to calculate Task metrics and generate Task reports.
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Additional Helpdesk Mailbox Filters
Helpdesk mailbox supports new filters, centered around Tasks and ad hoc email review.

AP Helpdesk and AP Invoices: Support for conditionally suppressing AP Helpdesk Tasks when AP Invoices is enabled
Optional configuration introduced for SmartVendor, available when AP Helpdesk and AP Invoices are running concurrently.
When enabled via checkbox on SmartVendor “Settings” page, the adding of AP Helpdesk Tasks for connected mailbox emails is suppressed whenever the following conditions are met:
- AP Helpdesk business intents not detected for email + AP Invoices Documents added for email attachments
or
- Email message body is empty + AP Invoices Documents added for email attachments
