Resolved: Intent reprocessing getting stalled for new intent [16333]

Symptoms : No new draft and intent gets added after adding 'Remittance Advice' intent on reprocessing.

Impact : As intent is not getting added, remittance advice pdf won't get generated 

Workaround : No workaround
