For Workday Customer payments, any refunds will be deducted from the unapplied payment amount. You can see the refund amount in the detailed view of the Customer Payments business object.

Symptom: Some Customer Invoices are not visible in Auditoria
Impact: Mismatch between ERP invoices and Auditoria invoices count.
Workaround: Contact support@auditoria.ai to request a full resync of the ERP source.
AP Invoices: When a PO line is linked to an invoice line, account id is populating instead of account name. [16310]
Symptoms: User could see Account id instead of account name in PO line for some of the accounts.
Impact: Account id is displaying instead of Account name for a PO line
