Resolved:
AP Helpdesk: Email processing status is showing as stalled for good bunch of Vendor emails. [16182]
Symptom: Emails are going into stalled status and an orange processing state indicator will show up for these emails.
Impact: For stalled emails, incoming email processing gets halted or broken or completed with error.
Workaround: No workaround.
AP Invoices: Email attachments were not processed for one email. [16178]
Symptoms : Issue in processing emails with Password protected pdf files
Impact : Emails with password protected pdf files are not processing and getting into stalled status.
Workaround : No workaround
