AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Prioritized Tasks Adjustment for Collaborative Mode

Helpdesk Console Dashboard Prioritized Tasks UI updated to better align with Collaborative Mode tasks and SmartBot processing outcomes.

When Collaborative Mode is enabled, the following is hidden to the user:

  • References to User Tasks
  • References to SmartBot Tasks
  • Listings by Task Category

In place of listings by Task Category, each listing represents intents detected for emails for which there are NEW or OPEN tasks.

Note: Total counts across Prioritized Tasks intent listings can exceed task count, as some emails result in detection of multiple business intents.

 

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Dashboard Metrics Adjustments for Collaborative Mode

Helpdesk Console Dashboard Metrics UI updated to better align with Collaborative Mode SmartBot processing outcomes.

When Collaborative Mode is enabled, the following are hidden to the user:

  • SmartBot Metric >> “SmartBot Tasks” (count)
  • SmartBot Metric >> ”User Tasks” (count)
  • Intents & Outcomes >> “SmartBot Tasks” (chart)

AP Helpdesk: Support for AP Helpdesk/AP Invoices Enrollment via Vendor Details page

SmartVendor adds support for granular enrollment of Vendors for AP Helpdesk and/or AP Invoices directly from Vendor Details page.

Users can easily observe and update SmartVendor Skill enrollment status without navigation to other pages.

AP Invoices is the new product name for "Vendor Invoice Data Extraction"

We have renamed Vendor Invoice Data Extraction to AP Invoices. All references of Vendor Invoice Data Extraction will be updated to AP Invoices throughout the console. There is no change to functionality.

 

AP Invoices: Custom xls data extraction

AP Invoices supports data extraction from certain custom xls files. This feature is in restricted availability. Contact support@auditoria.ai if you are interested in more details.
