AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: New Status for Helpdesk Tasks

Helpdesk Tasks can have one of the following statuses: New, Open, Done.

 

AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: SmartFlow Processing State indicator

HD Mailbox view now includes visual indicators to communicate the SmartBot Processing State for inbound emails.
