AR Helpdesk: RBAC Role "AR Helpdesk Analyst" and "AR Helpdesk Manager”
Auditoria’s “AR Helpdesk Manager” RBAC role enables users to interact with AR Helpdesk console, viewing, assigning, and completing tasks, and navigating between all synced AR business objects, such as Invoices and Payments. The AR Helpdesk Manager RBAC role also grants read-only access to SmartFlow Skill Status page, System Settings, and Audit Logs.

AR Helpdesk: Support for attaching managed documents to user sent emails
AR Helpdesk users can attach managed AR documents directly to emails drafted and sent from Helpdesk Mailbox and tasks. This enables streamlined manual processing of user-escalated document requests. To use this feature, contact support@auditoria.ai.
AR Helpdesk: Intent clarifying emails for internal document requests
AR Helpdesk supports sending intent clarifying emails for incomplete internal sender document requests (missing one or both required slot values). Internal sender replies with document type, contracting entity, and contracting currency specified can result in automated delivery of requested documents if available. All other replies are escalated to users for review and processing.
AR Helpdesk: Relaxed Domain Matching for ARHD
AR Helpdesk adds domain relaxed matching functionality for individual customer records. AR Helpdesk Managers and Admins can allow-list one or more private email address domains via the relaxed matching configuration UI on the Customers Tab. Emails from allow-listed domains are processed similar to contact matched sender emails. Domains can be allow-listed for a single customer record.

2. Fixed Bugs
Resolved: Vendor Invoice Data Extraction: Standard Field Billing address is not extracted for vendor AMI Partners and AMI Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH due to which users are not able to utilise the vendor hints. [13684]
Resolved: Vendor Invoice Data Extraction: Two vendors have exact same invoice format with just change in the vendor name, as the vendor name is not extracted in the hints users are not able to add the hints and match the documents with vendor. [13686]
3. New Known Bugs
Vendor Invoice Data Extraction: Edit report shows Add and Delete as edits even though no line items were added or deleted. [14122]
Symptom: Even though the line items are not deleted, the edit report shows addition and deletion of line items.
Impact: The user can get incorrect information on the edit data of line items.
Workaround: Ignore edits for line items if none of the line items were added or deleted. User can manually keep records for addition/deletion of line items. The other edits are correctly shown in the edit report.
