AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk: All emails received or sent from the connected mailbox are now accessible from the Helpdesk console
The Helpdesk consoles now offer access to all emails sent or received from the respective connected mailbox, including for emails which cannot be attributed to known Vendors or Customers.
AP Helpdesk and AR Helpdesk: Self-Service CSV export for SmartFlow Skill processing outcomes report
Users now have the ability to download the report listing the Helpdesk processing outcomes directly from the Helpdesk console.
AP Helpdesk: Email Audit Log enhancement
Email Audit Log now shows Email Type "Forward" for forwarded Invoice Submission emails.
Advanced Accruals for Suppliers: Store Accrual Method Selections
Auditoria will now remember Expense Recognition methods for Purchase orders. By default, the expense calculation method will be Straight Line over the full period. Users can also select from Straight Line over the remaining period and Weighted Average Invoice. When reviewing Journal entries, the GL user should select the Calculation method from the drop down or type in the amount shown calculated. Once a selection is made, the same method will be used for future months. Users can change the methods as many times as they’d like.
Platform: Enhanced display of Record Details view for Vendor, Bill, Invoice, PO, Payment, Dispute
The Standard Fields in multiple objects now get displayed in multiple rows, for better use of the display area.
Platform: Enhanced page headers for the SmartFlow Skill consoles
The page headers now include the SmartFlow Skill category name, and the SmartFlowSkill name.

Symptom: User can see deleted emails from SmartBot mailbox in Auditoria In Console Email View
Impact: Count for the emails seen in Auditoria In console email will be more than SmartBot mailbox
Workaround: No Workaround
AP Helpdesk, AR Helpdesk: Replies received to emails sent from Auditoria through In Console Email are not processed by SmartBots. [13348]
Symptom: Vendors or Customers replies to emails sent from Auditoria In Console Email will not be processed by the SmartBot
Impact: These emails won't be processed, and no action will be taken (reply, task, label or note will get added)
Workaround: The user needs to manually read and reply to these emails
