Advanced Accruals for Suppliers: Changing the Reach Out method preference
System Admins and GL Managers can now change Reach Out method preferences for existing instances of Advanced Accruals for Suppliers. User can choose to add or remove a previously selected Open PO or Open PR report. This setting cannot be edited for an already active workflow (Accruals Runs during month end close). Once the month end close accruals are completed, user can edit the preference before the next month run begins.
Advanced Accruals for Suppliers: Setup for Workday requires reports
The “Vendor Level Reachout” option is no longer shown in the Advanced Accruals for Supplier Setup wizards where Workday is selected as the ERP. Advanced Accruals for Suppliers is run using input reports. The options for input reports are PO or PR or both. At least one report type must be used. Advanced Accruals for Suppliers: Enhancements to Journal Entries tab
Several enhancements were made to the Journal Entries tab in Advanced Accruals for Suppliers. All entries will default sort in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent entries at the top. Users may filter on accrual group owner when looking at entries. When filters and sorting have been applies, the preference will be sticky for an individual browser so that each time a user logs in, they can pick up where they left off without needing to reapply filters and sorting preferences.
AP Helpdesk: Support for remittance advice request emails from internal senders
AP Helpdesk supports processing of remittance advice request emails from internal senders, searching payment records via extracted payment amount and payment dates. Replies include remittance advice PDF attachments if they are available. Email labels, notes, and tasks are also added by SmartBots per processing outcomes.
