The tenant ID and company name are now displayed in the console (top right). A dropdown list shows the list of tenants that you have access to.
Invoice Accrual SmartFlow Skill: Support a different interval for "starting X days before the end of the month" setting [3717]
The interval options available to choose from has been increased. You can now choose from a range of 1-15 days.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Send copies of notices to internal contacts [3730]
You can configure the SmartFlow to send copies of any notifications to internal contacts, in addition to customer contacts.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Attach copies of invoices to dunning notices [3731]
You can configure the SmartFlow to send copies of invoices attached as PDFs to dunning notices.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Attach statement of open invoices to dunning notices [3748]
You can add a copy of the statement of open invoices as an attachment to a dunning notice. You can do this for any of the notices you have configured.
Autonomous Collections SmartFlow Skills: Customizable subject line [3745]
You can now customize the subject line of the dunning notices by editing the email template. You can also insert variables when customizing the text.
Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill: Customizable subject line [3859]
You can now customize the subject line of the Autonomous Vendor Onboarding (AVO) outgoing email messages by editing the email template. You can also insert variables when customizing the text.
Bot mailbox can be shared gracefully by Auditoria Bots, users, other software [3596]
Previously the bot would only read unread emails, so it was necessary for other users to leave email messages untouched in the bot mailbox. This is no longer the case, so other users can now open the same emails that the bot is reading without interfering with the bot.
Fixed Bugs
Resolved: The number of running SmartFlows for each ERP and mailbox in System Settings is wrong. [3783]
Resolved: In the Data Management page, the Send Email summary should ignore white spaces when entering recipient email addresses. [3657]
New Known Bugs
For Invoice Accrual, vendor contacts coming from ERP are showing edit and delete options. [4014]
Symptom: The edit and delete options should be limited to internal contacts only. Contacts coming from ERP should have select/unselect options.
Impact: This is a display issue only. The edit and delete options won't be able to change the vendor contact list.
Workaround: None.
Vendor details on the Autonomous Vendor Management page show unclickable checkboxes in front of contacts. [3814]
Symptom: There are checkboxes displayed in front of the contacts when vendor details is expanded on the Autonomous Vendor Management page.
Impact: The checkboxes have no significance and are also not clickable.
Workaround: None. This is a display issue only.
For Vendor Onboarding, the bot keeps sending email notification about missing info. [3995]
Symptom: This issue occurs when there is some info missing from the vendor's side in the initial reply.
Impact: The bot keeps sending duplicate requests for the missing information.
Workaround: None. Ignore the extra email notifications.
A Journal name which includes a "_" is mistakenly read as including "-". [3904]
Symptom: An underscore ( _ ) in the journal name is sometimes replaced with a hyphen ( - ) when data is extracted from email.
Impact: This may result in a failure to write a record to ERP. For example, there may not be any journal name for AP-TEST as it is expected to be AP_TEST.
Workaround: Avoid using underscores in journal names until the issue is fixed.
Issues with long tenant names. [3903]
Symptom: A long tenant Company name (greater than 50 characters and 3 words) does not display well in the UI.
Impact: The dropdown button displays over multiple lines.
Workaround: Enter a Company name that has less than 50 characters.
Email summary button should not get enabled if no journal entry is selected. [3752]
Symptom: In the Data Management page, the Email summary button is enabled even if only vendor records are selected (instead of journal entries).
Impact: If you click the Email summary button, the success message displays although no email is sent.
Workaround: None. This is a display issue only.
Incorrect scheduled payment date extracted from long email-chain conversations. [3813]
Symptom: When there are long email threads the incorrect scheduled payment date may get extracted, as the date indicated is across multiple sentences.
Impact: The incorrect scheduled payment date may get extracted and appear in followup messages.
Workaround: None. You may need to check the email in the bot mailbox to determine if the scheduled payment date was extracted accurately.
When set to send notifications to Customer email (vs Invoice email) the UI should show customer contact. [3875]
Symptom: When CCFS is set to use Customer email (not Invoice email) to send the notifications, the UI in Autonomous Collector page should show the contact info at Customer level, not at the Invoice level.
Impact: The Invoice level contact column is displayed.
Workaround: None. This is a display issue only.
Multi browser support for switching tenant. [3902]
Symptom: If the Auditoria application is being accessed from multiple browsers simultaneously and the user switches to a different tenant in one browser, any other open browsers will continue to show the old tenant name in the dropdown list.
Impact: The user will see different tenants in different browsers.
Workaround: The user will need to manually refresh the browser. Click the reload button while pressing the Ctrl key on Windows (Shift key on Mac) to refresh your browser and clear your browser cache.
SmartFlow is not proceeding with bounced emails or Out Of Office state. [3877]
Symptom: If two contact emails are used and both are invalid email addresses, the system is unable to activate the bounced email state.
Impact: The system remains in waiting-for-reply status even with incorrect email addresses or out-of-office activated email.
Workaround: None.
The System Settings page refreshes after its initial display. [3914]
Symptom: Go to the System Settings page. After it loads, navigate away and return to it.
Impact: The user will see the page reloading.
Workaround: None. This is a display issue only.
