New and Updated Features

Autonomous Vendor ManagementAutonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill [3701]

Customers enrolled in the Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow can allow Auditoria to check incoming emails and detect when an email is sent from an unregistered vendor. Auditoria will then start an approval flow to onboard the vendor to the configured ERP instance so that the vendor can be included in any of the Procure to Pay SmartFlow skills.

Fixed Bugs

Resolved: Incorrect display of invoices at a Customer level. [2403]

New Known Bugs

Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill: Status shows fetching information from vendor even after W-9 is received. [3847]

Symptom: This issue happens when auto-write is true and the W-9 is received from the vendor but it did not get written to the ERP.

Impact: A message displays under Things to Do: "Fetching information from vendor". This is a display issue only; data is not affected.

Workaround: None.

Autonomous Vendor Management: Sorting on balance columns not working as expected. [3828]

Symptom: This issue happens when you click on the sort arrow next to the Total Balance or Current Balance column name. Sorting happens, but it does not produce results in the expected order.

Impact: Sorted values do not display in numerical descending and ascending order. This is a display issue only; data is not affected.

Workaround: None.

The number of running SmartFlows for each ERP and mailbox in System Settings is incorrect. [3783]

Symptom: After running a SmartFlow with one ERP and one mailbox, there are 2 SmartFlows displayed on the card for the ERP instance in System Settings. However, if you hover on "Used by 2 SmartFlows" on the card, it displays 3 SmartFlows in the popup.

Impact: The number of running SmartFlows displayed is incorrect. This is a display issue only; data is not affected.

Workaround: None.

Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill: The Continue button needs to be clicked twice to proceed from the Preference page. [3761]

Symptom: This issue happens intermittently. Sometimes no action takes place when you click on the Continue button on the Preference page.

Impact: You may be waiting for the action to occur.

Workaround: Click again to proceed.

Emails are getting marked as Not Understood in OKTA-enabled Office 365 bot mailboxes. [3755]

Symptom:  When using an OKTA-enabled Office 365 mailbox, messages may not be understood by the bot.

Impact: The bot may not be able to process the intent of the email message.

Workaround: Use a Gmail account or use an Office 365 mailbox that is not OKTA enabled.

Autonomous Vendor Onboarding SmartFlow Skill: In the Data Management page, the order of vendor record fields varies. [3676]

Symptom: As a vendor record changes between flows, the order of the fields displayed changes. It should remain the same.

Impact: The order of vendor record fields displayed may change.

Workaround: None.

In the Data Management page, the Send Email summary should ignore white spaces when entering recipient email addresses. [3657]

Symptom: If Andy adds a space after a comma it is considered as part of the email address.

Impact: The success message is displayed although no email is sent.

Workaround: None.
