Resolved: AP Helpdesk [PROD] - Unexpected Error Message when Sending Email [19990]
Symptoms: Sending an email with a blank body results in an error.
Impact: Email sending fails when the email body is empty.
Workaround: Send an email with at least some content (non-empty email body).

Symptoms: Forwarding a sent email causes an error.
Impact: Few of the email forwarding would not able to forward the email
Workaround: Instead of forwarding, compose a new email and attach the original email content.
