SmartCollections: In-console email enhancements
During the SmartCollections flow, you can now use email functionality in any SmartCollections page. Email access from any SmartCollections page enables you to:

See all emails received from all contacts for a customer

See all emails sent to a respective customer by Auditoria SmartBots or people

Check your email threads for the most recent subject and timestamp

See the most recent sender and total number of email messages in an email thread
SmartGL: Chart of Accounts field
During the SmartGL flow, a Chart of Accounts field has been added which impacts the coding account. You can update the Chart of Accounts field at the header level. All Vendor Bill line level Chart of Accounts must match the header chart of accounts. For more information about the Chart of Accounts in the SmartGL flow, ask your Customer Success Representative.
AP Helpdesk: Invoice Number and Invoice Aging extraction
The AP Helpdesk SmartFlow is enhanced to support the extraction of both the Invoice Number and Invoice Age from vendor email messages and .csv file attachments. When the Invoice Number and Invoice Age are detected and extracted as part of a Payment Status Inquiry, Auditoria automatically does the following:
- Adds a supplemental Aging tag
- Adds a modular Aging descriptor to the record notes
- Replies with a .csv attachment when some or all of the records are found
- Replies with a .csv attachment including the status columns for Found and Not Found
SmartCollections: Statement of Accounts PDF available
During the SmartCollections flow, you can download the Statement of Accounts as a PDF or as a .csv file when editing your email template. Whether you choose the PDF or the .csv file version of the Statement of Accounts, the data displayed is identical. In the Attachment to the Notification section of the email template, select the checkbox for your attachment preference.

Invoice Accrual for Suppliers: Needs Human Attention messages not generated [10037]
Symptom: In the Invoice Accrual for Suppliers SmartFlow, expected Needs Human Attention messages from SmartBots are not appearing as expected in some test scenarios.
Impact: Valid and expected messages not appearing.
Workaround: None.
SmartCollections: Only PDFs working as attachments to email template [10574]
Symptom: In the SmartCollections flow, when attaching files to an email template, only the PDF attachments appear and function as intended in some test cases. Other attachment types are not working properly.
Impact: Can only attach PDFs to an email template.
Workaround: None.
